6 Mucci Farms Tomatoes on the Vine,
1 bunch Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living
4 oz (113 g) of Feta cheese, cut into cubes
4 oz (113 g) extra-virgin
1 sprig of fresh
½ lb (250 g) pasta
2 oz. (57 g) white
Sea salt and pepper,
· In a large pot boil your pasta until done, then let cool under cold water.
· In a large bowl combine cooked pasta and cut veggies then add your
oil and vinegar, feta cheese and sea salt and pepper.
· Toss all ingredients then add your fresh herbs, let stand in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Toss before serving.
