Simple to prepare, delicious and colourful, this recipe makes a great side dish for almost any occasion.

1 package Mucci Farms CuteCumbers™
  Snack-Sized Cucumbers, cut into rounds

3 Sweet to the Point™ Mini Pointed Peppers,
  one of each colour cut into bite-sized pieces

¼ pint Mucci Farms Sun Drops™ Sweet
  Grape Tomatoes

6 Mucci Farms Tomatoes on the Vine,
  cut in halves

1 bunch Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living
  Basil, torn

4 oz (113 g) of Feta cheese, cut into cubes
  or crumbled                                                                    

4 oz (113 g) extra-virgin
  olive oil

1 sprig of fresh
  rosemary, leaved

½ lb (250 g) pasta

2 oz. (57 g) white
  balsamic vinegar

Sea salt and pepper,
  to taste 





· In a large pot boil your pasta until done, then let cool under cold water.

· In a large bowl combine cooked pasta and cut veggies then add your
  oil and vinegar, feta cheese and sea salt and pepper.

· Toss all ingredients then add your fresh herbs, let stand in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  Toss before serving.
