Sweet Pepper and Steak Salad

2 Mucci Farms Bella Sweets™ Super
  Sweet Mini Peppers, sliced crosswise

4 cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf
  Living Arugula

4 cups Mucci Farms Naked Leaf
  Living Lettuce (Frisée Lettuce)

6 Mucci Farms Sapori™ Sweet
  Cocktail Tomatoes, quartered

1 lb (454 g) flank steak

¼ tsp. each salt and pepper

12 radishes

¼ cup sugar

½ cup water

1 tsp. olive oil


¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup white wine vinegar

3 tbsp. Dijon                                              


1 tbsp. rosemary, finely chopped

1 tsp. garlic, minced

¼ tsp. each salt and pepper


· Bring radishes, sugar and water to a simmer over medium/high heat in small
  sauté pan.

· Simmer until radishes are tender and syrup has reduced to a glaze. Set aside
  to cool and halve or quarter radishes.

· Season steak with oil, salt and pepper. Grill over high heat for about 7 minutes
  on each side (for medium-rare). Let rest about 5 minutes before thinly slicing

· Arrange arugula, frisée, pepper rings, tomatoes and radish halves on plate.

· Top with sliced steak.

· For dressing, whisk together oil, vinegar, Dijon, rosemary, garlic and salt
  and pepper.

· Drizzle over salad just before serving.
