2 oz (57 g) Mucci Farms Naked Leaf
1 mozzarella ball, sliced
6 oz (170 g) basil pesto
Salt and pepper, to taste
· Take arugula and lay out leaves on a plate.
· Lay tomato slices on top.
· Place a slice of mozzarella on top of each tomato.
· Drizzle with pesto and season with salt and pepper.
· Serve immediately.
