Tri Color Bruschetta con Prosciutto

3 Mucci Farms Tomatoes on the Vine,
  one of each colour

2 tbsp. Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil

4-5 slices of prosciutto

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 focaccia bun, cut in half

1 clove of garlic

Feta cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste



· Slice focaccia bun in half, and place face down on barbeque until brown.
  Remove bread and rub with garlic clove.

· Slice tomatoes and set aside.

· Place prosciutto on grilled bread followed by tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt
  and pepper, drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and top with torn basil.
