2.2 lb (1kg) of Mucci Farms Vero™
2 oz (57 g) Mucci Farms Naked Leaf
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
8 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
· Roughly chop fresh herbs.
· Place all remaining ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt
and pepper and toss.
· Place onto a baking sheet or shallow roasting pan in a preheated
oven of 275 °F (135 °C).
· Let roast for 6-8 hours.
· Remove and purée when warm.
· Chill over night.
· Serve on fresh baguette or Italian loaf.
