4 Mucci Farms Beefsteak Tomatoes,
2 tbsp. Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil
2 balls bocconcini cheese
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

· Slice tomatoes and bocconcini balls evenly.
· On a plate, stack tomatoes, basil and bocconcini slices alternatively,
