6 Mucci Farms Tomatoes on the Vine

1 Mucci Farms Seedless Cucumber

12 Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living
  Basil leaves

3 Mucci Farms Sweet Bell Peppers;
  red, orange, and green

2 cloves garlic


¼ cup Orange Muscat
  champagne vinegar

½ tbsp. truffle oil

¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil

4oz (113 g) Chêvre goat cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste




· Largely dice tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers.

· Thinly slice cloves of garlic.

· In a bowl, mix all liquid ingredients together and whisk until thick.

· Combine all vegetables with dressing and add Chêvre goat cheese.

· Let stand for ½ hour before serving.
