2 Mucci Farms Curio™ Gourmet Tomatoes, sliced
2 oz (57 g) Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Arugula, torn
1 mozzarella ball, sliced
6 oz (170 g) basil pesto
Salt and pepper, to taste
Take arugula and lay out leaves on a plate.
Lay tomato slices on top.
Place a slice of mozzarella on top of each tomato.
Drizzle with pesto and season with salt and pepper.
