Terreno™ Mediterranean Salad

A rich earthy salad of sun dried black olives and grilled artichokes balanced with tangy balsamic cipollini onions and juicy sliced Terreno™ tomatoes.

  • 4 Mucci Farms Terreno™ Naturally Brown Tomatoes, sliced

  • ½ cup grilled marinated artichoke hearts from a jar

  • ½ cup balsamic pickled cipollini onions, quartered

  • ⅓ cup sun dried black olives

  • 1 tbsp each aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil

  • 2 tsp honey

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Mucci Farms Living Basil leaves to garnish

  • Arrange sliced tomatoes on a large platter, top with artichokes, cipollini onions, and olives.

  • Drizzle with vinegar, oil and honey. Season to taste with a salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
