Sautéed Mushrooms

With Balsamic Glaze

Classic mushroom comfort with every bite. These delicious balsamic glazed mushrooms are sure to subside that comfort food craving.

  • ½ cup (125 ml) white onion, finely diced

  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 pkg. (640 g) Mucci Farms Mini Bella Mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) unsalted butter

  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) fresh thyme, chopped, plus sprigs for garnish

  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) balsamic glaze

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a large sauté pan on medium high heat, warm oil. Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic until softened and lightly browned, 25 minutes.

  • Stir in butter and herbs. Sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh thyme.
