Mucci is committed to preventing, identifying, and remediating forced labour and child labour throughout its organization, affiliates, and supply chain. Where forced labour or child labour is found to exist, our aim is to place the interests of the individual at the centre of our response, assist the individual in becoming free from exploitation, and focus on their best interests.

Mucci sources supplies and products from several countries, including some that may pose a risk of child labour. While we specifically prohibit forced labour and child labour within our organization, we recognize that risks remain and that any identified instances must be addressed.

The scope of this policy includes permanent, temporary, contract, agency, and home-based workers, whether directly or indirectly employed by the Company's management, as well as individuals or children who have been forced into labour.
