½ cup Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil
½ lb (227 g) mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 slices
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 baguette
Salt and coarse black pepper
Slice baguette into 4 even sections, and cut each section in half.
On each sandwich, arrange 4 tomato slices and 4 mozzarella slices.
Add salt and pepper.
Top evenly with basil.
