  • Into a blender, add the following:

  • 150g Vanilla Dessert Tofu or same amount of silken tofu

  • 1 cup Smuccies™ Sweet Strawberries, hulled, washed and sliced

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt 

  • ⅓ whole banana

  • Blend until smooth, then pour into a bowl and top with:

  • 3-4 sliced Smuccies 

  • ¼ cup Fresh blueberries

  • 1 Tbs. Whole chia seeds

  • 2 Tbs. Toasted coconut chips

  • Add a sprig of fresh mint and enjoy!
