This tangy crowd pleasing dip is the perfect accompaniment to the fun crunchy sweet veggie party pack.

Ingredients

  • CANNELLINI & GREEN OLIVE HUMMUS:

  • 540g canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

  • ½ cup tahini

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice, about 3 lemons

  • ⅓d cup pitted green olives

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary

  • 1 ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 3 ice cubes

  • Garnish: olive oil and finely chopped green olives, and rosemary sprig

  • VEGGIE PLATTER:

  • 2.25 lb clamshell Mucci Farms Fresh Mix Vegetable Party Pack

  • Mini naan breads or flatbread wedges

  • Mucci Farms Living Basil leaves

Directions

  • Place beans, tahini, lemon juice, olives, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and ice into the bowl of a food processor. Blend until very smooth. Scrape hummus into a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, finely chopped green olives and sprig of rosemary

  • Arrange vegetable party pack and mini naan breads on a large serving platter and garnish with basil leaves. Place hummus in the centre. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve
