  • 3 Mucci Farms CuteCumbers™

  • 36 Mucci Farms Cherto Tomatoes™

  • 1 head Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Lettuce™

  • 1 box frozen, prepared meatballs (no sauce) of your choice

  • 36 – 6” bamboo skewers

  • 6 slices pre-sliced marble cheddar cheese

  • Makes approximately 1- 1/2 cups

  • Prep time: 3 minutes

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard

  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • Make this sauce first so it’s ready to serve:

  • In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and whisk together until evenly blended.

  • Place in the fridge until ready to serve with Mucci Sliders on a stick.  Will keep in the fridge for 3 days.

  • Cook meatballs according to package instructions.

  • Wash and dry tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce

  • Cut each cheese slice into six pieces

  • Slice cucumbers in half, then cut again into 3 pieces. Slice each piece again into 4 slices, making 12 slices per cucumber

  • Tear lettuce leaves into 36 bite-sized pieces.

  • Thread each skewer starting with one whole Cherto tomato, then follow with a cucumber slice.  Continue with one piece of lettuce, followed by a slice of cheese. Lastly, thread the skewer with a warm meatball and lay skewer on a serving platter.

  • Continue until all 36 skewers are threaded.

  • Serve with secret sauce on the side for dipping, and let the party begin!
