Roasted Cherto with Warm Brie

There are few things better than warm, creamy brie cheese. Add the earthy sweetness of fresh roasted Cherto™ Gourmet Cherry Tomatoes and balsamic glaze and this might be your closest thing to heaven!

  • 3 vines Cherto™ Gourmet Cherry Tomatoes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 large brie wheel

  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

  • ¼ up thinly sliced basil, for garnish

  • 1 baguette, sliced, for serving

  • Salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • In a large bowl, combine Cherto™ Gourmet Cherry Tomatoes and garlic, toss with olive oil. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet and cook until tomatoes are slightly shriveled, about ½ hour.

  • Place brie in a shallow ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese round is soft to the touch.

  • Top with roasted Cherto™ Gourmet Cherry Tomatoes, Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil. Serve warm with baguette slices.
