Blistered Pepper Caprese

Sweet and juicy blistered Rustico™ peppers blends perfectly with creamy Burrata for an effortless yet satisfying warm salad.
Ingredients
6 Mucci Farms Rustico™ Sweet Long Peppers, seeded and quartered or cut into large chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp each kosher salt and pepper
226g mini Burrata cheese, about 4
Basil
Directions
Tossed peppers, olive oil, balsamic glaze salt and pepper on a large baking sheet. Broil for 8 minutes. Flip and broil further 4 minutes.
Arrange peppers on a serving platter. Tear mini Burrata cheese over peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with basil leaves.
