Yogurt Parfaits

Teeny Tiny Smuccies™ Sweet Strawberries are the star in this delicious breakfast parfait. Crunchy granola and creamy yogurt are the building blocks for this healthy recipe that is packed with probiotics, fiber and fresh berries. These parfaits can be made in a Mason jar and placed in the fridge overnight. The result is a softer granola similar to muesli.

  • **You will need 4- 6-0z. drink glasses or Mason jars with a wide mouth opening

  • 2 cups Smoochie strawberries, cut in half (reserve a few whole berries for garnishing

  • 1 cup natural yogurt, stirred

  • 1½ cups prepared granola

  • Place 1 Tbsp. granola in the bottom of each glass.

  • Top this layer with 1 Tbsp. yogurt.

  • Divide halved strawberries between each serving, keeping in mind that you will make two layers of berries in each glass. Top berries with 1 Tbsp. yogurt, followed by the same amount of granola.

  • Repeat layering, finishing with yogurt.

  • Top with the balance of granola and whole Teeny Tiny Smuccies™ Sweet Strawberries.

  • Serve and enjoy.
