Tabbouleh Salad

These tasty little cucumbers are the perfect bite-sized juicy crunch to this healthy zesty salad.
Ingredients
4 cups curly parsley, stems removed and coarsely chopped
2 cups cooked bulgur wheat, cooked and cooled
9 oz (255g) pint Mucci Farms Cutecumber Poppers, halved lengthwise
8 Mucci Farms Sapori Sweet Cocktail Tomatoes On-The-Vine, quartered
1 cup packed coarsely chopped mint
¼ small red onion, sliced
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sumac
½ tsp each salt and pepper
¼ tsp each cumin and allspice
Directions
In a large shallow bowl, place parsley, bulgur wheat, Cutecumber halves, tomatoes, mint, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, sumac, salt, pepper, cumin and allspice.
Toss salad with dressing just before serving.
